Okay, So, I'm 16 years old. I am roughly 5 foot 9, and I weigh 215 pounds. The problem is, my weight has been going down by roughly a 3/4 a pounds a day (yes, about 2 weeks ago I weighed in at 224ish). It started when I started dieting more strictly (I had already lost 10 pounds before hand), and excersising more. What I need to know, is if this amount of weight loss is healthy. My diet consists of about 1700-2000 calories of food that covers my basic nutrients (at least from what the packages tell me. I burn 400-500 calories excersising each day.

Someone told me it could have something to do with my age, and that it was perfectly healthy to lose weight at that rate, but another person was saying that I was depriving myself of nutrients. Does anyone know of a good way to tell which is the case?

I use windows 7, and my computer is a compaq presario. When I plug it in, all of the lock keys turn on, and the keyboard doesn't work. I have tried rebooting, pulling the plug, and trying different usb ports, as well as all ports it would fit into. This happened when I removed the keyboard from my computer, and used a keyboard that uses a purple keyboard plug instead of a usb plug, after unplugging the older keyboard, I plugged mine in, and had this problem. I have tried the device discoverer, but after 1 hour of searching it didn't discover the keyboard (I think my discoverer might be broke). I even went to the keyboard section, and there was no keyboard listed. I have tried pushing multiple buttons on my keyboard as an act of desperation to no avail.

(my older keyboard is a kb-0133 compaq, my newer one is a compaq keyboard as well, and I don't know what the model number is, but it is slim, black, and came with the computer, and has no extra buttons except for volume controls and a sleep mode button)

Anyways, I am an English teacher at a school in Washington, and a freshman in my honors class turned this poem in to me as extra credit for our poetry unit. Personally, I think it is a great work of art, but I was hoping someone could give me a finer version of what it might mean. I know it has something to do with Christianity, but some of it doesn't make sense to me.

basically I pulled it together right before a local tournament. I thought i was going to fail completely, but it ended up taking second. So I decided I would expand on the idea. Feel free to rate and give me advice on the deck. I've been playing for seven years so random decks like this appear near my main deck all of the time

I focus the deck on slowing down the game pace while using monster removal and limiting spell/trap options. I hope to have a better version of this deck by next week.
