Years ago i was told i had IBS after having several tests done to rule out anything else more serious! All i remember is having a hard beach ball tummy, serious cramping and feeling nausea. I think i cut down on bread and alcohol and didn't really think about it for a while. I know my body is sensitive to foods and i get cramps when need the loo but so far hadn't had any major episodes until 4 days ago....think its from stress as just left my job. No one i know can help or understands but I really don't know what to eat so i end up not bothering! Hunger pangs are easier to cope with. I used to eat healthy (granola for breakfast, salad and 4 bits of fruit for lunch and meat and 2 veg dinner) but been reading things about fibre and to cut it out. I have started a food diary but what do i do in the meantime? :-(

I have been given a great opportunity to manage a new nursery although at the moment I just have a 122m squared room so far. The woman who is offering me this is opening a gym and has some extra space upstairs. She has said she will give me the space and money to set up I just have to do reserch and get the ball rolling. I have worked in childcare for 5 years, the past 10 months in a senior role but I am really struggling with how to get this thing going. I need to know things like set up cost, revenue, how much outdoor space needed, how to produce policies and procedures etc etc.

Any advice appreciated and if anyone knows where I can go for help?

I got my 16gb ipod nano for christmas and already it's knackered! i charge it up for hours then use it for one song before it runs out of power :-( It's not just a low battery it goes completely off :-( any ideas why or if fixable?!

I'm thinking of booking a somewhere in the captial for my boyfriends xmas and need some idea of somewhere really really good. i tried to book heston blumenthals The fat duck but its fully booked. i want somewhere along this kind of standard. Also i want it to be delicious!
