I'm new to running and trying to get myself prepared to run a 5K.....I've been working out for years but never been a runner.

I was told to run every other day to start out. Is this good advice or should I train everyday?

I'm trying to educate myself on this.

The car sales man told me 1-1.5yrs atleast. Why is that and how do they get that number? I told him I loved the car but didn't realize until I got gas and opened the gas tank that it took PREMIUM gas and that's just crazy and I have to get something else eventually. I love the car but it just sucks gas like there's no tomorrow.

Using Oystergirl and Underage from Mac now (I love sparkles in lipglass not too loud)and oystergirl is nice for that, however, I heard Chanel has beautiful colors and the other day out I asked a girl what lipgloss she had on and it was a Chanel. Any advice or colors???

Trying to let my nails grow out and I saw the OPI gel color and it looks nice, however, do you need a UV light to dry them or will they ruin? What's the story with this, is it like that new stuff shellac at the salons (sorry if spelling on shellac is wrong)!!

I had a little stomach bug for 24hrs the other day and tonight my daughter started throwing up. We are scheduled to leave for vacation in the morning driving with my inlaws and staying with family out of town, the thing is do we still go? I mean how can we cancel the kids will be devasted, and the entire family's trip will be ruined..........then again do I want to put others at risk? I mean seriously think about this, we are scheduled to leave this morning.

They are so old and we cannot afford to get them refinished at this time. The scratches are so bad and I have an area rug in there but there is plenty of floor left. Any ideas of how to smooth out these scratches???

I have ceramic white counters that are not in the best condition and the grout between tiles is not good. Is their anything to cover my counters....any kind of decor like artificial tiles that stick or something until I get them redone? Any advice?

at the drugstore what's a good brand to buy that has a good adhesive?

And if so what kind of doctor do you have evaluate you?
