I drafted Adrian Peterson and Ryan Mathews as my running backs (I'm playing high risk, high reward this year), and will be receiving Frank Gore in a trade tomorrow morning, but until at least two of the three aforementioned backs are healthy, I need one more. I already have Roy Helu, but Mike Tolbert is a free agent in my league. So, my question is: Who is more valuable? Helu? Or Tolbert? Keep in mind that I will only need them as a starter for a few weeks. Looking for short-term value here

Is it just me or are the Tigers, for the most part, lacking defensive range?

I wan't fond of him coming to Texas in the first place, and I know we're only two games in, but I still consider him a downgrade from Neftali Feliz as the Rangers close. Today's loss didn't affect my view of him, and not did his 3 strikeouts on Opening Day. I'm not stupid enough to base judgement on two games.

To my knowledge, there isn't a highly effective way to harness static electricit, but the more I thought about it, the more realistic this seemed. Is my thinking flawed? Electricity travels down the lighting rod similar to the way it would travel down a wire or any other conductor. Has this been tried before?

More specifically, the Red Badge of Courage. What songs would be suitable for any Civil War movie in general though? (If you are not familiar with the Red Badge of Courage) It needs to be more on the negative side, as the tone is not very cheery. A battle hymn of some sort maybe? Thanks

I am optimistic. I trust our scouts, who have been watching Yu since his debut in 2004. And he has played in the World Baseball Classic. I am still a little bit doubtful that he is worth that much though. The contract itself is cheaper than CJ's, but they also spent an extra 50mil just to talk to the guy. What do Yu think?
