Why would they use data from Charles G. Seligman & Giuseppe Sergi who lacked the tools(or proper mind state) to interpret their findings properly?

Many Eurocentric's argue the none of the Moors were Black or Sub Saharan African but these images(both contemporary and dated later) are obviously of West Africans. How would Euro centrics explain this?

They attempt to group Hamitic,Chadic,Ethiopic people into a vague non ******* /Africoid category. This like grouping Slavic's and Southern Europeans in a non Caucasoid group no? If Arabs and Semites are classified as Caucasoid what other reason other than Eurocentric racism to classify Hamitic,Chadic,Ethiopic as non Negroids? If one includes Bantu,pygmyies,Hottentots in said group why not these?
