I've already gone to the doctor about being depressed and have been taking Lexapro for the past few weeks. However, I've just ended up feeling worse so far and last week I came close to killing myself but ended up having second thoughts.

I know that one of the possible side effects of taking Lexapro is the increasing or intensifying of suicidal thoughts. That's what I've been experiencing so I've been thinking of talking to the doctor about changing my medication. I'm just very worried about telling my doctor about how I had intended to commit suicide, although I don't think I'm in any imminent danger at the moment. The thought of being institutionalised seriously terrifies me.

So, what exactly is most likely to happen if I tell my doctor about this? How likely is it that I'll end up being put in a hospital?

I'm thinking of planning a trip to the Cliffs of Moher. I was trying to look up on Bus Eireann to see if there are any buses scheduled between Ennis and Waterford or Wexford but there doesn't seem to be any.

Do you know of any other bus companies that would have a bus scheduled between them? Thanks.
