There's tons of posts on this but I don't know which ones are current enough/relevant. I've always purchased non-OEM phone accessories from eBay for a significant cost reduction but succumbed to Apple's latest updates where the iOS is designed to "not recognize" my non-Apple branded charger which, eventually, stops charging my phone. There are so many people/companies selling non-OEM chargers online still so what gives? What's different about these versus what I've got? How do I know? Thanks!

I have the owners manual w/ manufactuer recommendations, but approximately and reasonably how often, under average conditions would a 1999 Toyota 4Runner need:

1) Brake fluid flush

2) Transmission fluid flush

3) Transfer case service

4) Power steering fluid flush

It's either 5 1/4" or 6 1/2" but I need to know so I can replace the one I blew out. Thanks!

I am trying to teach a family member how to use computers in order to enhance her ability to move up in her career but I am not sure the best way to present all the material that I have learned so long ago. I am very family but am afraid that I just overwhelm my "student" when trying to teach. Does anyone know of any online syllabi that I can obtain that has pre-existing lesson plans that I can walk her through step-by-step?? Thanks!

I have my multi-commercial & instrument. Just wanted to get a rough idea of what folks out there think it should take (on average) to complete my CFI including written tests etc. Give me an idea of what you're factoring in when you list the price (i.e. price per hour of flight, etc.)

I received a Form 702 from a small life insurance settlement & am not sure if I will owe any taxes on this. My first & only clue so far is that when running through TurboTax there doesn't appear to be any section to reference or include this inheritence. I dont even want to be home anymore. She has complained to the HOA about my "barking dog" which has BARELY lived at my house in months (because of her!). I have had some other minor incidences w/ the HOA in the past due to a 2nd car that I had legally parked but rarely moved (which I later sold because of all the harassment) & dont think im on their good side which I worry will make it VERY difficult to argue my case. The property manager said that if she complains again that I have to go up against the HOA board. How do I prove that the dog is kept elsewhere & is not a nuisance, and what other recourse or protection do I have?? (Additionally, she breaks the HOA rules by letting her weeds grow and keeping her dog off of a leash all the time BUT she is a lawyer and seems to be above the law). She has also wrongly (& aggressively) confronted me about leaking water in her basement. She is my next door neighbor and we both own the respective townhomes we live in. Please help!

I'm guessing I have somewhere around 50 Barbie dolls that my mom had collected over the years that I am now trying to liquidate. Without insurance 6 pills of imitrex costs almost $120. Are there any generic brands or can anyone swear by another drug as a comprable substitute when it comes to extreme migraines?? I'm not really trusting of those Canadian/overseas imported drugs either because there are so many scams out there, but I'd still like to hear about others' experiences, especially if you've found a legitimate website and can somehow prove it. It is for use in my business as a consultant to basically present financial terms and scenarios to those that aren't quite a financially literate, therefore I want to creat graphs that are fun, easy-to-understand, eye catching, etc. I want them easy to use and edit and have lots of flexibility in terms of adding possible animation or the ability to print them out to and demonstrate as well. I am willing to pay for the software.

My wife worked just one day in the state of Colorado as a substitute teacher before we got married and she moved to my home state of Georgia. She still received a W2 but only for some ridiculous $87 in wages. I need to know if I have to now spend the $29.95 on something like Turbotax to report to this state or if there is some minimum that applies before being required to do so.
