Earlier today when I had a friend over, out of no where I started to lose feeling in my left hand. And started to get cold (from what I was paying attention and so did my friend, my hands were cold) and thats not usual for me. I'm always warm. Then I started to feel kinda dizzy. I wasn't feeling well and kinda felt like I couldn't focus well. I tried keeping calm but my hand being numb and getting cold kinda worried me a little. I also started shaking kinda in a internally way,I couldn't control my "chill" shakes. I asked my friend if I looked pale in face, he said a little. I also started lose feeling in my whole arm after a while. Then after that, my other hand started to lose feeling. I kept tryna warm/and shake them off. After a while the dizziness had me and told my friend to give me a moment to get myself together. I laid down for a little. Nothing really changed, i still felt same way. Also stomach was feeling a little weird, and like maybe I had gas? After a while I decided to sit up again.

Then after few more mins I started get feeling back and started to feel less dizzy.

I don't know if this could be a random anxiety attack? Or maybe from eating a tamale maybe about 20-30 mins before this happened. Or if it could be something else wrong with me? I don't know if it would have had to do with my left boob hurting last night. Like, inside of my left boob started to hurt inside out of no where. I tried to message it but didn't do to much. Eventually the pain went away.
