When linking to a .mpg movie or a .jpg file Internet Explorer always tries to open them in a new browser tab. I want them to open in their default program. I can't get rid of IE9 or use another browser.

We are looking at houses in a city where most homes were built in the 1960s-1980s. All the houses have both a living room and a family room, and they are both tiny. I don't get it, how can you entertain when you don't have one room large enough for more than 5 people? I would rather just have one or the other and have it a little larger. Is it really that hard to pick-up in the family room before you have company? Why does it need to be separate?

On top of that these houses have tiny rooms. So all the square footage went to that extra useless room.

So my neighbor just got an IS250. I was checking it out, nice car, but it looks like it hasn't changed in 7 years! And it only has a little V6. I recently got a Dodge Magnum with the V8. I couldn't help but think I got a much better deal. I know I'm comparing a Dodge to a Lexus, but if all you want is V8 and RWD, American cars are where its at. You have to pay literally twice as much to get an ISF as a Dodge Charger RT.

Just curious if their is a limit to the bloodlust.

Every block they are shoving something in your face. Its always these ugly annoying small people with dirty shirts that are handing out the flyers too. Not a good incentive in my book.

I'd pay $1000 for it. I always thought it was cliche that bad guys drove muscle cars. The 69 Nova is the best.

Am I the only one who gets bad reception inside my house!?! It looks like most of these apps require a different number, or are for outgoing calls only. I need it to be seemless just like T-mobile hot spot at home. I'm not trying to get something for free, I just want good reception in my house and I don't want to go into an app everytime I walk in the door.

How did we decide on this as the ideal size?

I am trying to find a website that lists the cargo area of SUVs. My friend is looking for one with enough room to store her bike. She wants to be able to leave the bike in there when she goes to work and then go for a ride afterward, so an external bike carrier will not do.

I figure the cargo area needs to be at least 62" long with the seats folded down to fit her bike. Where can I find cargo area length statistics?

Allow people to break their rental contract so they can move closer to work.

When I was first out of college and living paycheck to paycheck I went through a layoff and couldn't afford to break my rental contract to move closer to my new job. Thank God gas wasn't so expensive then, but I sure burned a lot commuting. What are some other off the wall ways we can help people?

In the interview with Yahoo news he claims that everyone else in the world agreed with the intelligence. He seems to forget about France and Germany and all the other countries who told him to wait because they knew the intelligence was not trustworthy.

He said they were serving the country by working on his campaign. He also said he is stepping aside in this time of war. Are they going to fight the war or let the poor people fight it for them?

I am all for the environment and emission controls, but it bothers me when people talk about SUVs like they are have no emission controls. Compared to a 1969 VW hippy van a Tahoe gets about the same mileage and runs 90% cleaner. Plus it has three times the horsepower and is a lot safer (studies found that a collision at 12mph in a VW van can cause fatal injuries). I'm just saying that if you don't know anything about cars you shouldn't talk.

Modern SUVs with PCV valves, Catalytic Converters, EGR valves and computer controlled air fuel ratio feedback are 90% cleaner than an old VW. If you don't know what those systems are then you should not talk about gross polluting SUVs.

That said, what really gets me are the gross polluting big-rigs and ships which spew diesel emissions unchecked. SUVs are taking way to much of the blame for our enviromental woes.

I think they are the most annoying thing. I want information, not to waste my time with the stupid intro. I skip every one.

Their zip codes are only 4 digits so I am wondering if it would work to buy gasoline. My girlfriend and her sister are coming out from Belgium and they are taking a trip to Vegas. Obviously I don't want to lend them my credit card! So can she use her credit card to buy gas along the way?

I'm talking about people that think it is a conspiracy. I have a degree in Automotive Technology and I can tell you based on facts that their is no alternative that is as good as a gas or diesel powered car. I can also tell you that they have made amazing leaps in the technology in the last 30 years and no one seems to give them any credit for that. I'm all for the environment, I just think it makes people look dumb when they make blanket statements about oil companies preventing more efficient cars. If you want an efficient car buy a corolla or a Prius. They are available. Not everyone want to drive one so leave the rest of us alone and stop complaining about your car not getting good mileage if you bought an SUV.

My girlfriend is going to be visiting the US this summer and would like to eventually live there. Would she need a license to train people to ride horses? She has a good relationship with a ranch owner who would allow her to do this, but I don't know about any license issues. The ranch owner is out of town so I thought I would ask here.
