Im a girl, and she was sitting a few rows behind me and i turned around and saw her and she said hi. we were both sitting alone so i went to go sit next to her since she s in my class and we have talked before. We spoke for a few minutes and then stopped talking for like a minute. Then, she sees another girl in my class and just gets up and leaves without saying anything to me. What the heck? why wouldn t she just ask me to come with her? i thought it was really rude.

alright so i have this friend who is very naturally pretty. she wears zero makeup and never does anything to her hair or anything. whenever we are out guys will literally turn their heads and stare, say "damn" under their breaths, and just flat out be so polite to her. the other day we were at a restaurant and the waiter asked if she needed anything more to drink or if she needed any more napkins, and they paid zero attention to me. but the thing is is that she literally puts zero effort into her appearance yet people still treat her like a queen. she has no boobs or butt like i do, yet she still gets all the attention. strangers will always smile at her when they walk by and never look at me. is it because she has very dark hair and hazel eyes? i don't know. I'm just sick of it because i always feel invisible.

so my friend and i went to go see my friend who is a guy the other day. he hadn't seen her in a while so he gave her a hug and he also gave me a hug (even though I just met him). afterwards when he said goodbye to her he gave her a hug and i think he was about to give me a hug but i kind of just brushed it off and then he put his arm around my shoulder and held it there for a few seconds as a way to say goodbye. was that flirtatious or do you think he is just a friendly guy?

recently family friends of mine haven't seen me for one whole year and the first thing they said was that i looked totally different from last year. that I look like a young woman. they also asked if I got taller but I am actually the same height (and weight) from last year. I am guessing they mean my face as I have also noticed a slight difference in my facial structure but they said I looked a bit older and more mature. They told my older sister that she looked exactly the same.

Hello, so I am an 18 year old girl, will be 19 in one month. For the past few years, I have felt very disconnected from people my age. I just graduated high school in June, and never went to one high school party because I was just never really into it. The thought of it would sometimes make me excited, but once getting there or seeing everything that goes on first-hand, I would immediately uncomfortable, soon realizing that this was not the place that I wanted to be. By that I mean people drinking and drinking until they fall over, while others smoke weed in the next room. I am not against people drinking alcohol; I think that one or two beers are totally acceptable but if someone voluntary goes out of their way to get drunk, that's when I start to feel uncomfortable and confused. So obviously, I missed out greatly on that part of my life, but I am not quite sure whether i should fret or simply move on.

Another part that makes me frustrated is dating. lately I have really really wanted a boyfriend, since I am nearly 19 and have never had my first kiss. I make good grades and people tell me i am pretty but a guy has never come up and talk to me (they will stare but will never talk). so that's frustrating to say the least. I have tried to talk to guys but I just get nervous and starting nervously laughing around people I find cute.

Do you think I will find someone one day? I'm scared that I will never get married because I don't seem to fit into this whole "group"

ok so i am 19 and i work at this part time job and have been for quite a while. anyways there are a few girls in particular that always seem to pick on me and talk about me for no reason at all. if i accidentally do something wrong, they go and talk about it to someone else and clearly they are talking about me as it happens right after my wrongdoing and they look right at me. let me also note that they are literally one year older than me and the job i work at is not a big deal its pretty low key.

are they jealous or something? people at work always do things wrong but i always get picked on. and not to be self centered but i am prettier than them and skinnier and i do get more tips than them and when they see me get tips from customers they give me dirty looks. they are so rude to me and tell me what to do and being me, a very shy and introverted person, i just do whatever they say and I'm honestly so sick of being treated like this.

hello im an 18 year old female, will be 19 in a month. recently i have felt like i could possibly have diabetes. After eating sugar an hour after I become very light headed and dizzy and I do not understand why as this has never happened to me. I tested my ketone levels about a month ago and they were negative.. I also had a urine test at the doctors office also a little more than a month ago and it did not show in my urine.. but how long would it take to show up it urine?

I know that my aunt and my uncle have type 2 diabetes due to bad eating habits but there is no recorded type 1 in my family. my parents, siblings and i are all underweight for our heights and lead very healthy lifestyles so i doubt i could have type 2.

She never compliments me ever, both she always puts us on the same level in terms of attractiveness. She's short and a little big, while I am tall and very skinny. It's just annoying if I'll say something about a boy and she's just like yeah but we're both just average looking we can't get models.
