My son is 13 months old, and is down to only nursing at night, eating and drinking regularly all day. With my first son, I had ONE bad night when weaning and that was it.. I said no, and kept giving him his cup, and he was over it after that night, again same situation he was only nursing for nap times and to go to bed at night.

My baby, 13 months, tries to suck most of the night.. he throws his paci when he gets mad, and only wants me. I rarely hear gulping except for the first time he nurses from each side at night, other wise.. its mostly comfort. I don't have much milk anymore.

I'm just wanting your advice, on how you handled weaning..

I SHOULDN'T have to say this, but this is the internet.. PLEASE don't answer if your just going to be negative.. and say the "he'll wean when he's ready" bs.

My 6 year old is VERY picky, basically only eating hot dogs, cheese burgers, chicken nuggets, Mac and cheese, other noodles.. And some fruit... I have been trying to make him eat one bite of everything I make for dinner (bc, honestly I'm sick of making him something separate ALMOST every night. We have a new baby in the fam as well and it's not an option to continue to make separate meals. It's ridiculous.) but before he even actually TASTE it he starts crying that he's scared, and once it's in his mouth he automatically starts gagging! PLEASE help!

I'm considering taking him to a psych dr bc I KNOW that this is all in his head. :/

Just doing my research and reading a LOT, seems like the majority is Epidural.

I'm expecting my 2nd son in april, and TRYING with my EVERYTHING for a VBAC.

I'd just like to hear your experiences with the pain medications.

So i'm 24 weeks preg with our second son. and we're naming him Aceson James.

Aceson because, before we even started trying to conceive, our 5 year old, out of no where, said:"mama if I have a baby brother, we should call him Aceson" and viola it stuck. (he's 6 now) and James because of a friend that was unfortunetly killed in action. (we're a military family)

I've had a hard time finding a meaning for Aceson... I haven't decided how much this bothers me. Most i've found is for the spelling of i believe it was Aeson, or ayson.. ? darn i dont even remember now.. and it meant nimble...

thoughts? how much do you name bc of picking the meaningful names first vs what sounds nice.
