Ich habe vor, dieses Jahr für einem Monat nach Tokio zu fliegen. Gibt es etwas, das ich beachten muss?

I'm looking for a way to view 1080p videos on my TV through my iPhone's TV out. Now I have this iPhone app that lets you download Youtube videos in High Definition (MxTube), and it works really well even with TV out, the downloaded 1080p videos are really sharp on both TV and iPhone. However, I'd also like to watch other 1080p movie files I have stored on my hard drive on my TV, is there any possibility to transfer them in 1080p quality to my iPhone and then let it output to my TV?

I know that the max resolution for videos to sync through iTunes is like 640x480, but the iPhone obviously CAN play videos with as much as 1080p resolution, so how can I play other 1080p files on it?

Ich habe vor mir ein DSL/ADSL-Modem zu kaufen, da mein jetziges Modem viel zu alt ist und zu wenige Anschlüsse hat, um es mit einem WLAN-Router verbinden zu können.

In Österreich gibts sowas aber fast nirgends, kann ich mir also auch einfach eins aus Deutschland kaufen und das funktioniert dann?

Seit längerem werde ich bei mir zuhause auf meinem iPhone darauf hingewiesen, dass ein Wi-Fi-Netz namens "NETGEAR" verfügbar ist, welches NICHT verschlüsselt ist. Ich klick einfach drauf und schon kann ich mit hoher Geschwindigkeiten Websites laden, was sehr praktisch ist da es in meinem kleinen Dorf kein 3G gibt. Bisher hab ichs aber nur mit meinem iPhone ausprobiert.   

Muss ich fürs Benutzen des Netzes irgendwelche rechtlichen Konsequenzen befürchten? Oder ist der Nachbar schuld weil er sein Wi-Fi nicht verschlüsselt? 

Und was mich noch viel mehr interessiert: Kann der Nachbar sehen auf welchen Seiten ich da mit meinem iPhone rumsurfe oder was ich da runterlade/mir ansehe?

ich hab jetzt meinen iPod touch 2G schon seit fast zwei Jahren, egal wo ich war er hat nie irgendwelche Wi-Fi-Netze gefunden. Vor etwa 3 Wochen hab ich mir dann ein iPhone 3GS gekauft und das findet fast überall welche.

Auch wenn ich jetzt beide Geräte nebeneinander halte, zB. im McDonalds, und das iPhone das kostenlose McDonalds-Wi-Fi-Signal findet, zeigt es beim iPod touch gar keins an. Ich kann mich nicht mal erinnern, dass mein touch überhaupt schon mal eine Wi-Fi-Verbindung gefunden hätte.

Gibt es dazu irgendeine Lösung? Wi-Fi ist bei beiden Geräten aktiviert, und auch wenn ich beim iPod touch den Netzwerknamen, der beim iPhone angezeigt wird, eingebe, findet er nichts. Ist da was defekt und kann ich das dann an Apple schicken?

I recently saw a trailer for the 12th Pocket Monsters (Pokémon) movie on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eZ2S5Ev0ZrY&feature... ) and I loved how well the movie was dubbed in the Korean version (almost better than the Japanese version) so that I'd really like to buy a Pokémon movie from Korea.

Does anyone know if any of the movies have been released in Korea on DVD? I'd really appreciate it ^^

Ich möchte mir das Nokia N97 (ca. 500€ ohne Vertrag) kaufen, und hab vor damit ziemlich viel im Internet zu surfen. Aber wie siehts da mit den Surfkosten aus? Sollte man da einen Vertrag abschließen oder hat man da eh keine andere Wahl, da das Surfen (auch UMTS) sonst viel zu teuer wäre?

Wie man sieht kenn ich mich damit überhaupt nicht aus <.<

Und kann man unter 18 eigentlich überhaupt einen Handyvertrag abschließen? oO

BTW ich wohne in Österreich, falls das was zur Sache tut...

I was kinda wondering about the Japanese title of the 11th Pokémon movie, which is 「ギラティナと氷空の花束シェイミ」 and which would be "Giratina to Sora no Hanataba" in Romaji. But why does 氷空 read そら, I mean what about the 氷? Wouldn't 氷空 be something like ひゅうくう, then?

Sorry, I know I'm not really good at explaining things >.<"

What I want to say is, why is 氷空 pronounced そら, what about the 氷? I hope someone gets what I'm talking about ^^;
