i heard they usu go to sauna naked but what about with a new friend(of opposite sex)? do they usu ask you to follow their traditions or does it varies with different people?

say, both are below 20?

i asked this, cause im going to finland quite soon and i'll see a finnish boy whom i met several years ago in a school...we've always been in touch since he went back to finland...

i wanna know would it be awkward if he asked me to go to sauna with his family?( well would he ever ask)and is it impolite to decline the invitation?

so im going to arrive at london on 22th and i will stay at brighton for around 3-4 days and then i will start my school there. since its my first time to go to brighton, which places shall i go for sight-seeing, shopping or just hanging around? any streets or museums ?i also wanna have some food there but they must not be too expensive. i wont have too much money to spend, so do you have any good suggestions ( places and restaurants )?

many friends around me only spend a few time for practising, but they do it quite well. however, i play the piano for an hour everyday and coulnt play better than them. hmm, in fact, very bad.

i think im getting weaker physically and psychologically. what can i do ? im very depressed

im 13 years old. height : 164 cm. weight : 66kg. i really want to lose some weight and be able to put on some nice dresses that i cant this moment. also, this is for health concern too. im not eating lots of unhealthy food for meals but i seldom get exercise cuz im very busy with my school works. pls gimme some suggestions ! thank you so much
