and i had to transcribe it to mRNA, which i thought was,

UAU GCG ACU GCC CAU AGG CAU GUA CG but i dont know which sides are the 3' and 5' ends, because i think i must have written it backwards though because AUG is the start codon, and i have thatttt... but backwards.

Could someone explain this to me? because then i have to translate it and write the amino acid sequence, then tell the squence of the anticodon found in the trna for the last amino acid, and im just like ugghhh

A few days ago when i was just chilling with my friends,

I pierced like the outer fold of my ear three weeks ago,

then three days ago i put a long safety pin in it and pierced the other side.

i now have an industrial with a bulky safety pin and i need to put an industrial bar in it.

the safety pin is like 16 gauge or probably 15 if it existed, and an industrial bar is 14,

i need that bar in there asap but would i be able to get it in, especially after only having it for three days?
