its only just recently started up again

basically, when i try and go to sleep in the dark, i get really dizzy, my breathing gets "rough" like i have a phelmy throat, and and my hands and feel go tingly, this is coupled with nausea, and panic....

i felt like i was going to throw up, so i ran, turned on the light, and it took seconds to calm...

i have never been afraid of the dark...

when i walk, a get a sensation of a "snap", like when you pull a thin rubber band to far...

it used to only hurt during the sensation, but now it does after for about 10 seconds..

does anyone know what this is

im 13 and have been a veggie for about 3 years... but i still eat eggs and milk, i mean not regularly, i dont eat fried egg ect, or have a glass of milk or cereal, but i do eat quiche and say cake and other products that contain them... is this ok.. i know its my own decision, but i was curious if other veggies did as well?

i have a really easy guilt trip, and it physically hurts, i can feel my heart thumping and it almost aches.... bassically this "guilt attack" was triggered by the fact that my sister got me a 2005 furby a few years ago, and i was so exsited, but i havent even played with it in months (im 13) and i just feel really bad... what can i do to lift some guilt

is it possible? its been about three days, i have noticed that i have been alot more jumpy, my panic attacks have crease in intestacy and frequency, feeling dizzy and sick constantly, sleeping more, eating more, increased suicidal thoughts, the voices in my head are back and are worse... is this a withdrawal?

it was really weird, we kept going off to his room to make out, and when one of my friends tried to stop us, he pushed her over and killed her.... what does this mean? also, to make it even weirder, he woke me up, via skype message.

tbh i wouldent even call him a friend more of a friend-enemy, as we constantly remind each other how much we hate each other but we still hang out, and eat our lunch together. we have started talking alot more, and my friends were a bit annoyed with me for doing so... so maybe that enplanes the whole "push and die" thing.

as far as i know i dont have any feelings for him, we never dated ect.

i have a german shep x mal, soppiest dog in the world, but i was checking her teeth, and giving her general health exam, and it struck me, if she wanted to she could kill me, right here, right now... dont you think its weird billions of people have a potentially fatal animal in their houses.... then i looked at my westie as well, she wouldent, but is she go the right angle and got easily get my throat... have you ever had this thought?

ok, a few months ago, i gave my older sisters rabbit (she didnt want her and more *sigh*) to our local farm shop of whom we are very close, i was aloud round to visit her when ever i wanted so it was nice really :)

however they bred her (which i didnt mind considering she belonged them) and she had her litter of about 12, but they all died, i know the first litter can be risky, but i was wondering why?

ps: my sister kept her in a cage to small for her size, she wasn't regularly cleaned out, or let outside her tiny cage (about 2 hops each way) she banged on top of the cage when she was angry, would of done something sooner, but because shes older, i couldn't do anything. i would of kept her, but i honestly, dont think i would of had the effort to look after her, give her time outside. however in the last week we had her i removed her from my sisters room, cleaned her out and let her run around my floor, and anyway where she is now she gets frequent outside time, and gets to run around all day in a massive (literately huge) run.
