A while back my student house got broken into and we lost several grands worth of stuff; TVs, Guitars etc. We pay for insurance but Calico (who we rent the property off) said that Farr (The insurance providers) will not pay out as these items were in a communal area. However, the insurance contract we were given from Calico does not state that these items had to be in our own rooms and neither does the tenancy agreement.

The insurance policy that we were shown was not the one that we were paying for so I know that Farr have the right not to pay us as the actually policy does state that the items had to be in our rooms. So basically, Calico have lied about what we were paying for and did not state it in the tenancy agreement. I have been made aware that, because of this, Calico should pay out of their own pockets. Is this true?

**Before you say contents insurance is never provided by the landlord please stop yourself. Calico own all the council houses in the area and rent them out officially to students at UCLan and it is their responsibility to provide each student with £1500 of contents insurance including an extra few grand for various damages.

I've been trying to find the name of this game for quite some time with no luck but i'll just explain everything I remember. In the beginning cut scene, your character, i believe he has red hair, is doing something when the world around him begins to break, I also believe he lives with his adopted father (or so i read somewhere). When the island is breaking apart the main character sees that a birds nest is about to fall with it so he risks his life to save these birds.

I used a website called http://systemrequirementlab.com/ to check if my computer could run certain games and it came up "yes" for everything with the game i inputted except for my video card. all my video card specs however are fine:

I was just wondering if i bought the games, would i have any problems?

Well, it's not a religion per say but rather an acceptance that all things are possible. I don't believe in deities but also don't physically reject the idea that maybe they exist, I wouldn't call my self an Atheist as they do reject any belief in higher powers or supernatural activity.

So basically:

I don't believe in Gods but I'm also not transfixed on refusing their existence (I'm pretty open minded)

I also don't believe in supernatural activity but will also accept the existence of supernatural entities if enough evidence is provided or I experience it first hand.

I also find myself talking as if I'm expecting, or rather hoping, for someone to hear my words and give me guidance. Even though I don't believe that there is anybody out there listening maybe somewhere in my mind I hope there is someone out there, guiding us all through our lives, in his/her own subtle way.

I've recently formed a band with a few friends and we started off by doing covers, after realising that we won't get far purely on covers we've started writing our own songs and found it harder that we first thought, can anyone help?

with ideas, ways to get us started and maybe a few lyrics?

Hey, i had a piercing done a long time ago and after a while forgot all about it, then as expected it healed up so i got my ear re-done but in a slightly different place, then i realized that i could get my stud back into the other hole and now it won't heal fully. Then ive recently decided to get an ear tunnel but im afraid that it will rip into the piercing that's next to it but since it's only like a half millimeter piercing or what ever size they are, should it really matter?
