    My computer suddenly shut down and then restarted saying that there were security problems. It took a while but finally restarted my computer. Thinking everything was fine, I clicked onto Google Chrome. My computer keeps saying that it can't find the locale files and for me to reinstall. I tried to reinstall it like 10 times. I tried to uninstall it, but my computer still gives me the same error message. I don't know what to do. I don't even know why this happened. Any ideas?
