Here is my situation. I have a 5 year old daughter & I split with her dad just before she turned 2 years old because he was violent towards me. His name is on her birth certificate. When my daughter was 3 she told me she didn't want to see him or his family anymore & used to get upset when I mentioned about her going there. I have been with my new partner since my daughter just turned 3 & we also have an 11 month old daughter who has my partner's surname. My oldest daughter wants to have the same surname as her sister & I don't know if I would need my ex partner's decision. I will also be chnaging my name by deed poll to my partner's name soon.

My daughter was born in June 2003 & I heard there is a certain date where I wouldn't need my ex partner's permission.

I have got different answers from different people so I'm quite confused on what to do.

I am moving in a few weeks & I would like my 9 month old daughter's bedroom to have a light pink & brown colour theme. I cannot find any bedding sets with this colour theme for sale in the UK.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any UK stockists that sell this coloured bedding.

I suffer wth Agoraphobia so I cannot visit my dentist as it is right in the middle of a busy town.

My wisdom teeth are causing me alot of pain & also where a filling fell out of one of my teeth, the tooth cracked & split in half & that is causing me so much pain. I have taken all the painkillers I can but the pain is there. I have been crying for a day with the pain.

Would I be able to go to my local A&E about this??

Ever since I was young, my mind have wandered & thought about things that are unexplainable. One of the thoughts are; Is everything I see real or is certain projections put into my mind from what I have been taught throughout my life. If I didn't know a certain object existed, would I still see it??

Sorry if I didn't explain it clear enough, I'm not very good at putting thoughts into words.

I went to see my Doctor yesterday after suffering with Panic Attacks for a long time. She diagnosed me with Panic Disorder & Mixed Anxiety & Depressive Disorder, great (!!)

She prescribed me Citalopram & I took my first tablet this morning & had a few side effects. My jaw was clenching, my pupil's got big, I felt fidgety & was having waves of a weird feeling in my head.

Is this normal??
