I have heard that one person when to her doctor got weighed and later that day got onto wii fit and it said that she was 7 lbs more then the scale at the doctors office said. Anybody else heard of this?

I'm studing different Wiccan traditions and I have a few questions about the Dianic tradition: What Gods and Goddesses do you use? Do you have a degree system? What books are there on the Dianic tradition?

What do you think is better raising your children to be open minded about different paths so they can choose for themselves when they are ready or raising them in your religion and not letting them experiance or even know about others?

I am raising my son open minded. He's 6 and currently stating that he is Wiccan but he has been exposed to Christian both main streem and Mormonism and I teach him about other religions (reading him their stories) and if he wasn't to experiance another religion i well do my best to make sure that happens.

If you are raising your child this way at what age do you think they are ready to choose for themselves?

I'm going to be holding a celebration at my place after i take my son trick or treating should be fun. We're going to have our ritual then some games, crafts, and divination. Oh and can't forget the ritual feast.

How do you know what is the truth for all when it comes to religion? How do you know what happened back when your holy books wer written? It all happend so long ago and alot of documentation has been lost of mistranslated that how can you know for sure what happend and what didn't? Saying that how can you know if things happed (ie things Jesus did) that weren't documented. Just because it wasn't documented doesn't mean there is no possibility that it happened.
