i am confused between a Nokia lumia 520 (rs 10000 with warranty) and nokia n9 (rs 15400 w/o warranty)

or a a second hand htc one x from my friend (rs 19000)

if you could please suggest better devices than these

whenever i connect any laptop or pc to my Laptop through a cross cable it shows only 10Mbps connecting speed earlier it used to show 1Gbps or 100Mbps never 10Mbps.The port is 1Gbps compatible .

Laptop Model = Asus K53sv sx521v

and with that same cable i'm getting a 100Mbps on other computer and laptops.

tried reinstalling Drivers Tried Reinstalling Windows

Tried in Windows 7 64bit

Windows 8 32bit

a fresh installed Win7 64bit

and the laptops or computers to which i tried connecting had

windows 7 64bit

Windows 8 32bit

A days back my old PC was able to play 1080p videos with no lags.

2 days back i experienced my PC getting slow so i thought of re installing the windows which was the only i got left with tried sort of every utility. than i formatted my c drive and re installed everything new updated drivers n all. the lags were more often. now the worst part even 720p were shuttering. than i formatted my whole HDD re installed windows updated drivers even updated BIOS but the problem still Persisted.

i tied running the videos

with 512 mb ram first. there were lags on 720p.

1 gb ram = still lags on 720p 1080 not watchable

1.5 gb ram = Still lags on 720p

Months back when it was only having a 512mb ram it played 720p with no shuttering at all even 1080p also sometimes.

i don't know what the problem is ?

PC config.

RAM = 1.5 gb 667 mhz

HDD = 160 gb

MB = MSI MS-7267 (945g chipset)

Processor = Intel Pentium D 820 2.8 ghz (Intel Pentium Dual core)
