I saw part of a Korean horror movie but failed to get the name. It was about several people who were contestants in a game hosted by evil clowns in an amusement park. The contestants had to perform challenges and the losers were eliminated by lethal means. One contestant was swallowed and digested by a large balloon.

A 32 year old male. 5' 11" Was 312 pounds, now 270 pounds. Puzzled on what to do to get rid of a fat pouch beneath the belly, distending from the waistline to just above those parts that define the body as male.
