I think i have torn meniscus problem with my knee, it produce lot of pain for a instance when i play cricket and dance but i feel no pain while running even at fast speed. after a short time gap pain automatically mitigate and i can again walk, what should i do.

2. What are the criterian sallybus for appropriate exam (CPO and ad. com)

3. How much time will be alloted me to prepare after filling up form for it?

I want to make my career in marchant navy, Is there any good acadamy in india for it which gives 100% placement and have any course with out mathmetics because i had no math in my 10+2
