I've been told by people on this site that it does, in fact, kill them. But other sites say that it just has toxic effects. If it does kill them, how quickly does the poison take effect to kill them?

I know that it is poisonous to them, but I would like to know the exact effects. It is poisonous to the point of death? Or will it just make them throw up a little? The cat that ate it is either 11lbs, 8lbs or 14lbs. (I have three cats and we don't know which one ate it,) What actions should I take? Or should I just not worry?

The yesterday I slipped on the ice outside. I was on the road, so it was a very hard fall right on my hip and rib area. It didn't hurt at first, but today I'm having trouble reaching up with my right arm, it hurts my ribs, so does laughing and when I try to run my hips hurt. My mom checked and said I wasn't bruised on the outside... Is it possible I broke anything?

We have a female cat named Lunar. She is 4 and a half years old. She had a healthy past. In the past week and a half, I had found three whiskers that she has lost. A few months back I also found one. Is this... Loss of whiskers a bad thing?

I've been reading alot of questions asking about what to do with their dying cat, whether to put it down or not, ect.

And I'm really worried. I have three cats, one of them is three, one is two, and the other isn't a year yet.

I know it'll be awhile before any of them die, but I'm really worried, because the time WILL come. I'm afraid I won't be able to deal with it.

Okay, so my cat, Lunar, has been having some trouble with hairballs lately. Normally, she has a hairball about once a month. Normal, right?

But, she's had three hairballs this week and it's gotten me worried. In addition, it's taken her much longer to actually get the hairball out, and she'll start trying to hack something up after she's done, yet again.

I'm not really sure what fur length she's classified as...

I usually brush her at least once a week, and she has no mats that she could've swallowed, so I don't really know if she has something stuck, or...?

It's really gross.

It's swollen and red, but it's not hurting her or anything. When she pushed it up, a bunch of pus came out.

She can't go out to get some sea salt, which works best, and Peroxyde isn't helping!

Any home-remedy suggestions? Because it's pretty bad and I don't think she can even take it out because it's too swollen!
