Due to the order forms being detailed the right to cancel agreement for the customer statement is on the back along with other info relating to the order.I am under the impression that we are legally covered as this statement is on the order but need to know as we have a court date in relation to this order as the customer is a non payer ? He has had his probation period extended by three months and a verbal warning already .

Can he be sacked for gross misconduct without a written warning and does he require documential evidence when he is spoken to ?

Today he has been rude to a major client and used inappropiate language which was directed towards the customer .

I am unable to seek legal advice until tommorow morning and i am convinced he can be sacked tommorow as there are good grounds for gross misconduct .

My local nhs have admited that they have made a massive mistake and tonight they have appointed me an advocate to make a formal complaint about their actions and the actions of a doctor .

I have daily phone calls of the director who persuaded me not to go to the local papers and she has been very supportive indeed .

My dilema is a seperate agency has informed me i should sue and that they are clearly in the wrong and have admited they are and the nhs director is doing all she can to resolve the situation .

By taking legal action this may not ensure the doctor is stopped from practising .The nhs are doing their own investigation and i am concerned about a cover up as they are desperate to keep it in house .

What i want is for the situation to be recified .. for us to have an apology and to make sure that this doctor does not practise again . .would i get this without legal intervention ?
