I recently took a physical fitness test and would like to push my run time from a 13:00 to around a 10:00 to 10:27 now i am guessing if i can train myself to run as hard as i can for 4 laps (1 lap is a quarter mile) would i be able to use that same energy to warm up on the first two laps and then burn out the last four hopefully pushing my run time down by the 3 min i need before my 5.5 month deadline?

may just be because i'm a guy and i see things as being too babyish for my three year old i am constatly looking at things that look interesting to me (IE: blocks, dinosaurs, and other things along with that.) but to her all of those things seem to just be borring. does anyone have a good idea on what to try for her?

i want to put my xbox inside my entertainment center but i do not want it to over heat i really do not like having it sitting out as i have a 18 month old and a three year old they know not to touch it but i'd really like to be able to either design an entertainment center to fix my tv and have my xbox with ventalation holes inside of it or if i will have to keep it sitting out in the open air.

specifically i'm looking for batman superman greenlantern flash silver surfer wolverine captain america umm the list goes on.......

my 10 month old expects us to do everything for him if we walk away from him he will cry for no reason he can crawl to us but refuses to do so because he expects us to come and carry him with us. his sippy cup he will drink on his own but he only does that after he sits there and makes us pick it up and show him over and over that he can do it. if he wakes up or doesnt get what he wants he will rip the passifier out of his mouth and scream as loud as he possibly can, we live in an apartment complex on the 2nd floor i can hear him when i pull up in the car with music on. i am at wits end with this kid he wont stand to walk but he will stand up all day and night long in his crib my wife wont let him cry himself out of things she thinks that it's easier just to run over there and pick him up and shut him up i try over and over to tell her not to do that but since he's not my child i dont understand.

okay so my wife and i have came to the conclusion my daughter acts compleatly different when she's with me than when she's with her. i can take her to the store by myself and she is perfectly fine she doesnt run around get into anything or try getting away from me. but when she's with the two of us she will run around climb in stuff act irationaly and scream if she doesnt get her way. any explanation....

it's mainly towards my kids i mean i love them to death but if they do something wrong or are not listening even when i ask quietly and politly they refuse and i am instantly set off i dont know how to turn it off does anyone have a good way of fixing this for good. i need to stop it's tearing my family apart

I renamed files on my computer but the playstation didnt rename them on its hard drive should i maybe reset the router to clear it or is there something else that i need to do to get the names to change?

we have a cage that is pretty large and it's wire but i can cut the wire's pretty easily to add in more tubes and stuff i have some in there already and they love running in them. and sleeping in them. but i would like to do more for them becuase they are adventurous and enjoy the "ball time" 3 hamsters in a ball running as fast as they can to jump off what ever they can find...they are crazy sometimes but ya. suggestions for anything for them?

my daughter is 2 years old. if she doesnt get her way she throws a fit it's not just a little one she throws herself on the floor and screams kicks and cries until either she's appeased or she just gets tired of it. i dont know what to do for her since i'm 14k miles away in italy. my wife is dealing with this all on her own. any suggestions?
