Anyone know of a manufacturer that could build these? I don't mean a phone beeper... just a very small device that will make a beeping sound

Ideally, a remote to make it start beeping would be great, but realisitically, it would be fine if it just had an on/off switch. Click it on and it starts beeping... or even better it starts beeping maybe 30 seconds after its turned on.

Just a ballpark guess as to what would it cost If I wanted to build my own home in Western MA. Assume I owned the land but I needed to clear the land, dig a foundation, build a 1800 (+/- 200) sq ft home (from a kit maybe) add a well and septic. Hiring contractors for most of the work.

All the brake lights are out. I assume its a fuse, but I have no owners manual. The fuse box inside engine doesn't tell me which fuse might be the brake lights and if I check the fuses they seem fine. Is there another fuse box (not one on driver side interior). Or can the brake light problem be something else?

My house is up for sale at $309.900 (reduced from $329.900). I have an offer of $285.000. I'm willing to meet them half way and I don't want to lose the sale... so any tips on negotiating?

Each year we have area designers each design one month of our company calendar and this year we wanted a theme of something relevant to the times, to terrorism, to ethnic/sectarian conflict, to hope for eventual resolution of the world’s enduring conflicts. Sounds serious, I know, but we could position it a peace calendar.

I need help articulating these thoughts in such a way that the designers will create something relevant and in tune with the theme.

I have had a decent career as a Manager at an Ad Agency or printing company. I’m divorce and I have a 4 yr old daughter. I live in CT, but I’m dating a woman that lives in MA. I’m on the verge of moving to MA with her. In some ways this is good; I get to start my life over. But I feel like things could fall part if I don’t have a plan. My concern is the stress in my life. Lots of changes are stressful as is my job. It pays well, but I know its affecting my health. I’m looking forward to a change. If I can find a way to support myself in Massachusetts, I would be happier. But, I’d really like to do something else, but dread having to go back to school and take a pay cut to re-establish myself in some other career. Ideally I’d like to have a business of my own, but what is that? Any advice on how I can find some stability on my life and be content would be appreciated. I have this great opportunity to start over; I just don’t want to stumble around in life blindly.
