I was sunburnt pretty bad on Monday. I went in to the doctor on Wednesday because I was miserable. He prescribed betamethasone valerate ointment (0.1%) to be applied twice daily. Well now it's Saturday and my suburn is healing well, except for the fact it's itchy, peeling and really dry. I was never told if I could use any lotion or anything, so I was wondering if I can, or if I should avoid putting anything else on my skin?

I'm making some mix cds for my friend's birthday party and I need some song suggestions. She already gave me a list of some songs that she wants and told me to feel free to add anything. I'm open to any artist of any genre. Thanks!

Right by the toilet there's a pile that looks sort of like sawdust next to a small hole in the caulking that's about the size of a dime. I saw something the other day, looked like some sort of bug, that I poked with a paper towel and in went back under the toilet. What could it be and what would be the best way to resolve the problem?

My hands are very dry and rough to the point where there's a lot of dead skin peeling off (I wash dishes at work). I'm constantly putting lotion on and using my ointment to keep the eczema on my hands under control. What can I use to take some of the dead skin off so they don't look quite so bad?

I remember a cd that my brother had owned, it had to have been a metal band from the late 70s or sometime in the 80s. I remember it was a firey background and there was an evil demon or viking (something to that effect) and a dragon. The demon/viking was either standing on the dragon, or on a cliff near the dragon with a sword. I can't remember if the dragon had a visible wound or not. If you can, please post a pic.

I haven't gone to a doctor or anything yet. My mom says to try and wait it out and see if I can help it on my own. Using the heating pad is working well and I'm just wondering if there is any other at home treatment I could try. I'd also like to try some stretches and exercises to help it along. Is there anything I could do that isn't too strenuous and isn't going to cause any damage to my nerve?
