I have been wary about this because the email use very poor english and grammar and use puppies instead of kittens regularly. Now my comfirmation call came from someone who speaks very poor english on a phone line that gets extremely poor reception. I told him not to call me back until he had a better connection. My own 16yr. old daughter, confided in me that her younger step-sister who is 15 has started having sex with her boyfriend. My daughter made me promise not to tell anybody what she was going to tell me before she told me. She specifically meant my husband or anyone who would tell my husband or his ex-wife. So you smart alecs out there who are going to write I shouldn't be asking this because it breaks that confidense please don't bother. Unless you are a parent, step-parent, or a teenage girl who could add some insight from one of those perspectives I don't need a bunch of people answering just to get a couple points. Sorry to be so grumpy but some of the answers on here are ridiculous and I want some honest serious feedback to my honest serious question.

The Kansas Senate just passed a couple of bills concerning the age to get your learners permit, restricted licence and some other teenage driving laws. Does anybody know how long it will take for the Kansas House to vote on this bill and what thier deadline is that they have to vote one way or the other?

I run a daycare in my home. One of the parents has a little girl under 2yrs. She just quailfied for SRS to pay for childcare. Her baby's daddy and her date, live together, fight, she kicks him out and then they repeat the cycle over and over again. She is constantly complaining that he doesn't take care of their daughter enough and just wants to hang out doing his own thing without having his daughter with him, he's a job hopper running out of jobs to hop to in our small town, they are currently dating again but she hasn't let him move back in yet; but she informed me that they are trying to get pregnant again. She constantly ignores my daycare policies and doesn't bother to read the notes I occasionally send home with updates on them like dates I am closed for the holidays and then shows up with the little girl on the days I am closed. If the little girl wasn't such a sweetie I would have given her notice months ago. How can she rationalized trying to get pregnant again?
