Does anyone know anything about how these things work?

Here is the deal with us.

DH lost his job at Thanksgiving last year. We have been living on what savings we had. He hasn't been able to find a job. He has a retirement account from the state that we rolled into an IRA which he cannot touch till he is 59.5. He is now 56. He gets no unemployment

Believe it or not we have made it still pretty much debt free this entire year on this money. But its nearly gone, no surprise there.

We get zero government assistance. We never applied either simply because we were told that the retirement account is considered possible income.

Ok here is my question. He is 56 can we draw out some of the retirement account without a major penalty due to loss of a job.

My husband has a IRA that we cannot touch for 5 years. We have no income and are seriously struggling. We live in Ohio. Can someone still get assistance such as food stamps with having an IRA? If we would even try to get it out we would be seriously penalized and as it is it is just untouchable. My husband has been off work for 8 months and I haven't been able to find a job either. We have only been able to make our house payment because of watching our grandchild. My daughter has been helping us with our house payment in exchange for babysitting him. Our house payment is just 300 a month

My Grandson is 7 1/2 months old. He just now began to get voucher's for baby food. They only allow 16 jars a month. This child can eat 4 small a day easy. Will this amount be increased next month or is this the normal allotment? He still takes formula. I know 16 is better than nothing but I am just wondering. Thanks

We bought a used car this week is nice but I want it really clean. It smells stuffy like it has been closed up for a while. Not smokey just not fresh. I want to make it smell clean as well as look clean.

Give me your favorite cleaners and such. I want to freshen the upholstery and carpet. Thinking of using one of those spray foam kinds. If this is a good idea which one works best. Dash boards is Armoral ok? What about any special cleaners to detail it with.

Do you use an old toothbrush or paint brush to detail it?

How about those new car smell fresheners? Do they smell good or bad. Do they really make the car smell like a new car?

Any idea's is greatly appreciated.

I am 48 and just got my ears pierced for the first time on Saturday. No one ever told me the importance of choosing a small stud vs a larger diameter stud. I got them done at Walmart and it wasn't until the girl doing mine said, UH-OH! That I knew something was wrong.

My lobes I guess are very thin and the earring I chose hangs down and you see the post. They are terribly uncomfortable and sore.

I have spoken to Walmart who says I cannot change them for 6 weeks. I spoke to a jewlery store that says can switch them to a smaller pair.

Which is correct. I want to just take out this pair and immediately switch to a much lighter pair kinda like one would use on a child.

I usually use Netscape but my son went to Internet Explorer and an error message popped up and now I have this winfixer junk on my computer. Norton removes it or says it does but if Internet Explorer is opened then this comes right back. I can use Netscape no problems but not Internet Explorer. Is it possible to get this off? It was never downloaded just popped up and won't leave.
