Hiya! I've just started having this issue, and am wondering if there's any way to work around it. Also, I'd love to know if this is just a temporary thing, 'cause I'd LOVE for this autoformatting nonsense to desist.

In Tumblr, you used to be able to drop the URL of one video into a post using the main Video post section, and then embed the code for -another- video (an entirely separate video, I mean) in the body/"description" of the post; so you'd effectively have 2 different videos in the same Video post.

Well just recently I've been trying this, and -every,- -single,- -time- I open up the HTML editor, drop my code into it, and close the editor again, bloody Tumblr changes my 2nd desired video right before my eyes into the same one that's in the main url of the post. I've literally watched the preview image change from one video to the next, and no matter how many times I've tried over and over and over again, it keeps happening.

At first it struck me as a glitch, or perhaps that my browser needed refreshing, or maybe that Tumblr was doing maintenance. But it seems at this point like it's some sort of maddening new 'feature' they've installed. :P

Does anyone know a way to get around this..? Some sort of way to undo or temporarily block their forced new autoformatting..? Or does anyone know if this'll be temporary? Part of what I liked about Tumblr was that it was a bit adaptable, and didn't treat its users like total bewbs. Please tell me that's not changing in Tumblr-land, too...

Hiya! I was in the chiropractor's office the other day and heard a song that I absolutely loved- but upon inquiry the nurse there couldn't tell me the title 'cause it was on some Rhapsody station. :P All I can remember of the lyrics now (unfortunately) are "strange days are comin'," but it had a slow, swanky, dark circus-y feel to it, and the lead singer sounded a LOT like Alison Krauss. I've Googled the lyrics like heck, but have come up w/nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've been desperately seeking a bellydance name, and have finally decided to try and simply search for translations of things I adore/admire/seek to embody/identify with in languages such as Hindi and Arabic. I've done some research, but can't seem to find the English (phoneticized) version of حورية البحر. Would anyone be able to tell me how "mermaid" would be spelt/pronounced using Roman (English) characters?

PS, Any links giving translations using English/Arabic transliterations would be immensely helpful as well. I'd love to learn how to read Arabic, but I'm starting off w/baby steps, and seeking the transliterated words for terms like "sapphire," "starfish," "ocean/sea" and "water." I'm also open to other water spirits in the Arabic tradition, if anyone would like to suggest something. ^_^

How do I transfer all of my stuff from one yahoo domain address to another, & make the new one my main domain address? I know my x@yahoo.com mail will always be my true, primary e-mail, but my x@mydomainname.com addy has become irrevocably inundated w/spam, so I want to create a new one (y@mydomainname.com), transfer my stuff to it, & delete the old, formerly primary domain address. Does anyone know what I mean & have any ideas, please?

I'm looking for a song from the first half, which sounded very R&B/Rap w/some Arabic/Middle Eastern melodies mixed in. The lyrics I could catch were "we want you, to take a look at what we do," and then I high, elctronicly modified voice comes in and says "looking in your eyes.."

Would anyone happen to know the music used in Spain during the final runway show? I'm interested in the music starting at the pan out of the sky, moon and tower w/the chanting, all the way up until the crescendo when they scream at one another and they're done walking.

There's chants, high, female, ethereal vocals, pounding rhythms as the music builds.. just.. wonderful stuff..!
