a person to have the vision to create the drawing and to "see" the finished project from my description. What is that person called?

I have searched on 'kitchen designers' 'architects' 'remodelers' and the like both online and locally in the yellow pages, but am finding only people who want to design and build.

Just need the designer. Where do I look, and what am I looking for?

I'm traveling. My wifi detector finds plenty of hotspots, but they all show a lock - meaning I have to have a WEP key to get in.

How do I establish an internet connection if I don't know who's running the hotspot or how to get the WEP key necessary to get on their hotspot?
