I have to draw a graphite and charcoal drawing with seven different photos included, as well as some conceptual pieces, and I am not quite sure what to charge. While I have completed portraits, never any of this amount of detail and subjects. Of course, the size of the finished project will also be extremely big seeing what is all wanted. Any help?

For the past week my throat has been bothering me. At first, it was just sore, but now it's become hard to breath. Also, my tongue and down my throat is covered with white. I've been coughing horribly, seem to have a sinus infection, and my chest is very congested. When I breath, the lower/middle of my back on the right side feels a sharp pain. Another symptom I have is a fever. What could I possibly have? Pneumonia?
