I worked with laptop yesterday after a long time I shut it down and the msg came up that it was installing 63 updates, do not switch off etc. It has been stuck on update 38 now since last night and I can't switch it off. Have tried the cold switch off as well as ctrl alt + delete and nothing works. Please tell me what to do.
