Just an average guy who will answer questions as I see them. Im not an answer man but I have my two cents on a lot of issues. Yes I am a power lifter. Will I give advice? Well of course but, with all what works for me wont necessarily work for you. If you follow it though you will get stronger. Bulk is dependent on your diet. I will say the two most important things you need would be a lot of H2O and at least 96 oz. of milk a day. But enough about that Im gonna get back to answering some questions.
