I am 54 and just started working out after a sedentary winter,my calves and glutes start cramping when doing exercises for these specific areas,is this normal?Do I just work the cramp out and go on or what?

Hey guys,when I got through in my garden last night I saw the moon out in a cresent,the first at night for a month around here.I got my telescope out that my kids got me for mothers day,I haven't been able to use yet for raining all the time here.Anyways I saw what I thought was a big star so I zoomed in on it and low and behold it was jupiter with 4 of the moons showing.I was so excited,I've never seen that before,even could see the dark cloud spot clearly.Just wanted to share this with you guys and hope you all could get the chance if you haven't to see the skies.What do you think of that?
