I am learning to drive in the UK, I am going to America in May to study for 5 weeks, just wondering how long I would have to have had a licence in order to drive in the US?

I am going to America next year I am a nursing student and I will bw volunteering for 5 weeks at a hospice in Pittsburgh. I know I can go as a volunteer on a visa waiver programme, but as I am a student I wasnt sure if I would also need the J-1 exchange visa with the DS-2019 form? Anyone have any idea?

Went to the pet shop to get Goldfish for the kids and they picked ot an eel like fish instead. It was in the same tank as the goldfish, I have no idea what it is. I thought it was some sort of bottom feeder, but not sure. It's about 2 inches long and has a fin that runs down its back and 2 on each side. Its a brown/grey colour, really have no clue what it is!

I woke up this morning and my hand was really swollen. I can move my wrist and fingers but it hurts when I do. The back of my hand is really red and still swollen, and throbbing/burning. I did have a bite on it from weeks ago and thought it was that, but I'm not sure now. I also have a small lump on my wrist under my thumb and I'm occasionally getting shooting pains up my arm with some movements. It seems to be getting worse but I dont want to go to the emergency room if its nothing!

This has happened once before as far as I can remember first time was end of July start of August this year and for about 2 weeks I could barely eat, I felt nauseous and was on occasion sick when I ate. Sometimes I would feel so sick just looking at food that I couldn't eat, I would gag if my partner left his plate of food and I could smell it. Basically being around food and the thought of food made me feel ill. Even on good days when I didn't feel sick before I started eating I would manage a few mouthfuls before the nausea came back.

It lasted about 2 weeks and was fine till Tuesday when I had a roll and on the last bite almost threw up, I was in the middle of the staff room at work and had to physically fight to keep the food down. After that I was fine again till Friday and even the thought of having my salad for lunch made me feel sick, I didn't eat, I had a glass of plain water as the flavored water I had with me made me feel sick also. The only way I can eat now is if I starve myself till it hurts and eat things that have very little smell or taste!!! It's very worrying I have taken 7 pregnancy tests and they are all negative, I've also been on the pill for the last 6 months so it's very unlikely I'm pregnant.

Does anyone have a clue what could be wrong?

I feel really dizzy like the room is spinning or I am spinning. It happens almost every night before I go to sleep. I'm worried because I used to hallucinate when I was ill as a kid and it always started off this way. So now when the dizziness starts I panic because I'm afraid of the hallucinating. It's really bad, it's disturbing my sleep. I can now only get to sleep if my partner is with me and I can hold his hand. He works in a club and I work days so I'm getting no sleep because of this. Can someone help?

I know I shouldn't worry yet but she has threatened me on facebook and personally. I don't know which department she's working in but I know if she see's me there she will either say something directly or to other members of staff. She has already spread rumours about me and her mother also works in the same place, what do I do?
