I see a lot of questions with young girls wanting to model or sing and young guys thinking they can model or act. What happened to wanting to be someone who is an asset to the community? The world needs more great teachers and nurses, not models and actors.

Ammunition Accountability Legislation

Remember how Obama said that he wasn’t going to take your guns? Well, it seems that his allies in the anti-gun world have no problem with taking your ammo!

The bill that is being pushed in 18 states (including Illinois and Indiana) requires all ammunition to be encoded by the manufacturer in a data base of all ammunition sales. So they will know how much you buy and what calibers. Nobody can sell any ammunition after June 30, 2009 unless the ammunition is coded.

Any privately held uncoded ammunition must be destroyed by July 1, 2011 (Including hand loaded ammo). They will also charge a 5 cent tax on every round so every box of ammo you buy will go up at least $2.50 or more!

If they can deprive you of ammo, they do not need to take your gun!

This legislation is currently pending in 18 states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington.

We are going to be adopting 2 boys from south korea. They will be about 10 months old when we fly to pick them up. The flight back could be anywhere from 13 to 20 hours long, with a few lay-overs. Does anyone with experience flying with young kids have any advice? Keep in mind, we won't really know much about our babies except what we are told, so we won't know ahead of time how well they traveled in the past.

For those of you who have worked hard to get where you are in life, would you please give part of your paycheck to someone who dropped out of high school and works for minimum wage? Or perhaps to someone who only wants to work part time so he has plenty of time to party? And lastly, please provide part of your paycheck to the immigrant who needs to support his family in Mexico and his friends who are here illegally sharing his apartment.

I keep hearing on the news about Obama voting against the Born-Alive Infants Act-which would prevent the killing of babies mistakenly left alive by abortion. Now i know the media strtches everything on both sides so there may be more to it.

What is your opinion on this?

Hes 100% opposed to amnesty for illegal aliens.

A friend of mine is looking to adopt some kids that are in foster care, but shes bipolar and worried that it may have a negative affect on the process. She thinks the state wont allow her to adopt younger children because of her illness. Does anyone know if this is true? Any advice for her?
