That although the walk and talk and teachings of Jesus were so very simple and humble, and beautiful...that he would sit down for a moment and wonder where the heck he went wrong?

To think, the state of the world today, and everyone fighting and being judgemental and condemning others for their beliefs.....

all in the name of the great JC...?!

For example, i see many questions asking if gay people who remain celibate will go to heaven...if jesus forgives gays, etc...

why would you embrace a religion that went against your very core? do you not understand that the divine made everyone and everything just as it should be? divine and perfect?

love and tolerance is our code, therefore need i remind all that no bashing will be accepted. let's all play nice and be respectful to all.

The reason i ask this is because i had a question removed referring to self worth...what makes you worthy? And what allows you to accept that love? not only of self, but of the divine as well?

Those of you who have been around for a minute and know who I am, know i walk a very eclectic pagan path. I would like to know your views on suicide.

I just recently lost another of my friends/associates to this and i am wondering what your thoughts are.

Be nice...please, no pity, no bashing...just pure thoughts on the whole idea of suicide. I have never really focused on it since i have began my path and would really like to know what you all think.

the crack cocaine vs powder cocaine controversy? I understand that the offense of possessing equal amts in the past have resulted in different sentencing. However, after reading a few things, i saw where this new law would only affect federal inmates, not those in state institutions.

I was thinking in the terms of spiritually empty, bankrupt,etc...

But obviously this is a term and or an actual practice that I am unfamiliar with.

As usual, no bashing. Please be respectful with your answers, for I am only seeking knowledge.

The Mayonnaise Jar

When things in your life seem Almost too much to handle, When 24 Hours in a day is not enough, Remember the mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class And had some items in front of him.

When the class began, wordlessly, He picked up a very large And empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.He then asked the students If the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar.He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls.He then asked The students again If the jar was full.. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded With an unanimous "yes."

The professor then produced Two cups of coffee from under the table

and if so, what are the few things that you are most grateful for?

I have been gone for a minute or two, (caught up in dailey life) and decided to log on for a bit today...
