I have been turned down three times over the past 3 or 4 years for loan applications because the Credit Bureau has added a court judgment order to my files who I have reason to believe belongs to my son and due to Data Privacy Laws the Court cannot verify this for me. I have reason to believe that it belongs to my son who is a Jr. A simple check of the file for a Social Security numbers check could prove this. My son would have been willing and able to do it but he passed away before any of this happened. I'm in the middle of a rock and a hard spot and don't know which method other then suing the Credit Bureau for the error of not matching numbers in their files.

The reasoning for this is based on my wedding vow of "until death due us part". I am no longer considered to be married and am considered to be a widower now.

My grandson fails to include his middle initial and credit companies ruin my credit report by adding his bills to my credit report. How can I stop this?

I have the Vista System in my computer. Do I have to download the Full version of Windows 7 or can I just download the up-dated version. Sales person told me all I need is the up-dated version and I want to make sure he was correct in telling me this. How about one of you puter wizzards helping me out on this one. Thanks

Got a free credit report last year that has me listed with a bad report from JC Penny Company. I have never had an account with that company my entire life. I'm lost as to who I should contact with to have this removed from my record and I am the type of person who respects having an excellent credit rating. Please... I am only looking for answers from those who are acquainted with this subject and not a smart a** answer saying to forget about it. Thanks.

I had this served to me at a couple of resturants in the Longview area in Washington State several years ago and loved it. I'd like to find out what kind of cheese is placed on the top of the bread and broasted. It was served as an appetiser just prior to being served with the main meal.

Would like information for surrounding areas also as I would like to relocate to that area because of medical necessidies to get out of the cold climates we face in Minnesota, but face transportation needs if I do. I am a retired veteran that would like to relocate back to Texas and need a bit of help. I owned a home in Schertz, TX back in the 60's and lost it when I was shipped overseas. My dream has been to retire in that area but all the friends I had in the area are gone now so I could use a bit of help from anyone living in that area to find a place to resettle in. No realitors please, as I would prefer to rent and in the suburbs of San Antonio. Any help would be appreciated.

This is something that has always puzzled me and I wonder if anyone has an answer for it. I believe Chicken Fried Steak originated in the South and is delicious served with Creamed Pan Gravy but every time I ordered it, it was Beef and not Chicken.

At my age I wanted to make sure that everything was taken care of prior to my death so I gave one of my sons my Mobile Home and moved into an apartment. Is it possible for me to receive credit for giving the mobile home away rather then selling it?
