If I have a bodily injury coverage on my auto insurance, (100/300) and I am involved in an accident that both drivers (me and the other driver) are found guilty or at fault. Does my insurance cover my medical bills or not?

So, I was involved in an accident. I was driving on my way home and some lady T-boned me from the side because she ran a stop sign. The police officer gave her a ticket for running the stop sign. The damage is massive and my parents went to hospital and stuff. So, it was a very serious accident. We have a lawyer for the case now. The defendant claims that she has a witness that can claim that I was driving in a very high speed (the officer put down 35mph in the report as for my speed, though). They want to use contributory negligence. I live in VA. How possible is it for them to prove this?

I want to buy a 2004 E55 AMG. On the CarFax report, everything looks fine with two previous owners. But, the first owner is listed as commercial ownership. Is that something bad? Under the first owner (the commercial one), there is not any detailed maintenance or odometer reports except one for 2 years after the purchase date. Does that mean that the first owner did not care about the car at all or is it just a myth?
