For a few years my computer has kind of sounded revved up when I was playing games on it. Anyhow one day I got tired of it. I tried to look stuff up and update my BIOS. Well since then about every 5 minutes for about 30 seconds, it sounds like an airplane going to take off. It is has not shut my computer off because of it being over heated. It happens sometimes in sleep mode and other days it is perfect in sleep mode, Always does it when I am using it though. It has been too long for it to go back to a recovery mode. All because I wanted to play Candy Crush Saga. I have cleaned my fans numerous times.

You have one employee who can get the job done in the time it suppose to take( but half assly majority of the time), but customers complain about how nasty their attitude and don't want to be waited by them again

Another employee cares too much about details and the work is slowed down so they down have the time to finish all that is suppose to be done in a day so others have to make up for it. Customers rave about the employee saying how above and beyond the call of duty this employee does to get them what they need.

One has to be fired. Who would you fire?

I saw him late in the 80's on A&E An evening at the improv. He would say sentences in reference to the sign he was holding. Like, Would you look at THIS. and the sign would the word this would be held up.

My day has been totally made. I have been looking for 2 obsolete albums and found them both today on Rhapsody. Been searching for 6 years everywhere on the net.
