What are some good ideas to use in order to advertise a sale/promotion without using radio or television? It has to be pretty simple and not very expensive.

I've entered my information and answered the questions, but yet it still says I don't qualify. My sister filled it out and she said she qualified for an $800 return for it. What am I doing wrong?

Is it possible to replace just the vertical blind carrier on a set of vertical blinds? Are there any brands or models that don't allow you to replace just this piece?

We are renting a duplex and have two sets of vertical blinds. The patio door set was previously broken prior to us moving in, but we happened to break a piece on the blind in the living room. The piece that broke is called the vertical blind carrier. This piece is used to hold the slat in place and will turn from side to side. The replacement cost for one of these carrier piece ranges from $2-$12. We had asked that this piece be fixed because of it being right in the middle of the blinds and left a gap. Our landlord decided to replace the entire set for the patio door and then decided to replace the entire living room set as well for $138 each. This is much more than the replacement cost of what we paid for and seems very unreasonable to make us responsible to pay for new blinds, when we didn't break the entire blinds. I saw a YouTube video that shows how to replace the carrier piece, but the landlord didn't seem to look for a replacement piece, but yet, an entire replacement set. I am willing to pay for what we broke, which was that piece, but not the entire new set. Am I responsible to pay for the entire new set when the whole thing didn't need to be replaced? We as tenants were never informed that they were buying a new set until they hit us with the bill. Please Help!!!

I am currently renting a duplex that is 12 yrs old and one of the vertical blinds on the living room windows broke off. The blinds have never been replaced since the house was built, but the blind was broken on accident not negligently. The same type of blinds on the patio door were broken prior to me moving in and were missing two of the blinds on end. The previous tenant obviously didn't have to pay for those, but yet the Landlord is giving me a bill of $131 to pay for the one I had broke. Who is responsible for something like this. I would think it is normal wear and tear causing them to become brittle and eventually breaking. Has anyone else had to deal with something similar?

Again, the other blinds were already broken prior to me moving in, so obviously they couldn't have charged the other tenants for that damage. Also, we asked for them to be replaced last November and they just replaced them this past August. Nothing like being on top of things.

I've asked this before and the most responses I've got led me to Disney's The Other Me, but that's not what it was though it had the same description. The movie I'm looking for was made in the 90's and it dealt with a boy who had made a clone of himself, not from a chemical mixture, but the clone actually hatched from a huge egg in the boys bedroom. The clone ends up going to school for this kid and people start to like him more. There is also a girl that likes him who is gorgeous (from what I remember when I was younger). Any other ideas for this movie other then, The Other Me, which I know it is not because that was made in 2000.
