I'm new to the mma scene , so forgive my lack of knowledge . But I was wondering , are the gloves used by the ufc fighters , the same as lifting gloves used in the gym ? If not , then where can I buy those ? And can I just use my lifting gloves if I were to enroll at the local mma class ? Thanks in advance .

Can I get a six pack or at least be able to reduce abdominal fat drastically while consuming a mass gainer ?

I guess I am looking for any sort of helpful advice since I am what they call a hardgainer myself .

My arms ;for example , after months of working out lack the impressive size I see most people put on with a similar diet and training routine . What can I do to achieve the same sort of gains without having to load myself up with massive amounts of calories ?

I already have some stubborn belly fat I need to lose to make get my six pack and that would be impossible if I moved onto a calorie rich diet .

So are there any other suggestions out there ? Will consuming whey or any other supplement make up the difference ?

I've been in a purely 'friends with benefits' type situation with this woman since the past one year . The problem is that I am not really attracted to her in anyway ; either physically or emotionally . Which means that I tend to put my needs ahead of hers and don't really make the effort to please her which leads to arguments later . Should I terminate this physical relationship or continue until I am in a more meaningful relationship with somebody else ?

I've been going to the gym 4 times a week and eating healthy since the past couple of months . My physique is improving steadily and I now weigh 134 lbs at 23 years old which I think is more or less around the ideal weight .

But the fat around my belly just doesn't go away regardless of the cardio and lifting regimen . It has reduced by a fair amount but nothing close to the improvement the rest of my body shows . What can I do to speed up my abdominal fat reduction ? I understand that spot training doesn't work at all but if I continue with my cardio at this rate , I will probably end up losing more muscle mass than fat . Please help .

What are some healthy raw foods I can have that can cover all my basic vitamin and nutrient needs . They should also be wholesome and filling enough to replace meals if possible . I have neither the time nor the energy to cook , so I have been depending a lot on unhealthy takeouts and junk food and I need to cut back drastically . So what can I replace them with ?

I'm a 23 year old guy and weigh about 136 lbs . I work out with weights and cardio about 4-5 times a week and appear to be skinny but have some stubborn belly fat that I have been working on unsuccessfully for months .

My dilemma is that even though I work out regularly and have a belly problem ; my arms , legs and chest look skinny compared to my workout partners even though we all started at the same time .

So how I can bulk up and build substantial amounts of muscle without adding too much fat around my midsection ? Thanks in advance

The only missing item was the official transcripts from my current university . So my question is this , will graduate schools process applications received before closing of the deadline date even though the transcripts have been sent in only a couple of weeks after the deadline ?

Are there any ways to make them consider such applications if not ?

If we were to discover intelligent life on other planets and earth like planets themselves capable of supporting life , how would this affect our current world religions ? Would they be able to adopt this fact into their faiths ?

Would evidence of this discovery lend support to the evolution or creationist camps ?
