I'm 17 and I want to buy a motorcycle. I've paid and done my training and provisional etc. I have enough money to afford a motorbike, but cannot afford the insurance. Will the bank let me take out a loan which I can repay every month? I have an Under 19's Account with Lloyds Bank. I am currently employed part-time (16 hours a week). I spilt Dr Pepper on my laptop keyboard and now the W S A D buttons feel sticky and don't feel like the other keys when i press down on them. The Dr Pepper has dried and i think it's the sticky syrup-like substance causing this. How do i fix/clean it? I have an Asus X552CL. Thanks!

There's a girl in one of my classes but I only see her once a week. We have to prepare for and take part in discussions and I'm in her group. I talk to her when we are in our groups in the class. I kinda like her but I'm not sure how to keep talking to her out of class, I don't want to say the wrong thing to her. I'm very shy and do not have a lot of confidence.

My mum wants to find out what my sister is doing (me and her are suspicious of something, I won't bring it up here though) Here's what I've tried:

I've tried using Ophcrack to crack her computer password, however, did not load anything but a black screen. I tried this my old laptop and it worked, so I don't know what's going on with her laptop.

If this was a success, I would've installed a keylogger.

Also tried using Wireshark, but I do not understand it in terms of how to find out which websites she has been on and who she has been talking to.

Do you have any other suggestions on how to monitor this activity or any fixes for the above?

Bought a Logik TV on Friday and I've noticed that when I press the standby button on the remote to turn it on, it makes a strange sound, as if there's a motor inside stepping up and down between speeds. Is this sound normal and what is it actually doing?

Another question out of curiosity: is Logik a good brand for TVs? I value your opinions :)

I've got a new laptop and noticed the battery only lasts for about 2 hours. I mainly keep it on performance mode, as I would rather use more energy to increase performance. But even when on power saving mode, i still only get about 2 1/2 hours. I only got it on the 27th December.

Does anyone have any ideas of why I'm only getting 2 hours out of the battery? Could I increase battery life or buy a battery with a larger capacity?

My laptop runs Windows 8 64-bit. I was wondering if a system image backup includes the OS so that it can be reinstalled on another hard drive if this one fails, or would i have to buy Windows 8? My hard drive is a Western Digital HSGT 500GB

I've got a new laptop and the hard drive is partitioned into two: OS (C:) 186GB and DATA (D:) 258GB.

The (D:) partition has got nothing on it. my question is what should these partitions be used for? What are they usually used for and what should i be storing on each of the partitions? Thanks

It started a couple of days ago. The base of my thumb, I think it's on the joint, became painful and was swelling up. Over the next two days it has gotten more painful. Have you got any ideas of what may be wrong and is it serious enough to go to the doctors? Thanks

I sometimes get lines at the top of my screen going horizonally, but not all the way across the screen and they are just a pixel wide. They have become more frequent over the last few days. I have a Lenovo Essential G575. What do i need to do? Is my LCD failing? is it my video chip/driver? Thanks!

I want to buy a physical server, not pay a monthly fee for one in a remote location, and I wanted to know what server to buy and how to set it up with Minecraft.

It will be original Minecraft Survival with maybe a few mods installed and will have a maximum of 10 people on at any one time.

I've got a Nikon Coolpix S3100 and I was planning to buy a 64GB SD card because I'm going to shoot lots of video at Eurogamer Expo next year. My questions are: How long will the battery last when shooting video in HD 720p and how many hours of 720p video will the 64GB SD hold? Another question I have is, if I can't get enough battery life out of shooting 720p video and/or enough storage to hold it, how long will the battery last when shooting VGA video and how many hours of VGA video will a 64GB SD hold?

Hearing a lot about the false widow recently and about how some people have severe allergic reactions to it and for others it's just like a bee sting, it's made me curious. I know the false widow is capable of killing someone who is allergic to their poison but it's made me wonder, why? How does someone's (non-allergic) immune system deal with the poison in comparison to someone who is? What actually causes a person to die through the allergic reaction of the poison and what goes on in the body? I know, I ask a lot of questions! Thanks, 10 points for best answer!

I know what AMOLED stands for and that the O stands for organic but what actually is the organic matter? Seems a bit weird to have organic matter in a phone, but I guess it's more eco-friendly. Thanks!
