To make it kind of short. We had my daughters Name on our checking account and she was overdrawn on hers for some time with the same bank. One morning on payday I called my bank to check on my balance when I was doing my bill calculations and to my surprise there was an overdraft when there should not have been one. Immediately I started to investigate why this was and to my surprise there was a balance transferred of almost $500.00 ,overdraft fees and return fees on my account that should not have been there and I didn't know anything about. I immediately called my bank and investigated to find out where my money had gone and what account it had been transferred to. That's when I was told that they had transferred it to my daughters account. I asked them why I was not sent an advance notification and they kind of hesitated and then said that they send one. Well they didn't. After a lot of arguing with them I finely got them to drop the overdraft fees and return fees and credit them back to my account. They must have realized that they did wrong. They did not let me have the rest of my money back and a lot of my bills that were supposed to be payed did not get payed. Needless to say it created a chain effect and caused me to be late on them. There was no way I could make up for that money to pay for my bills. I had to make my utilities priority and payed them at least. I couldn't pay my credit cards and now I had late fees attached to them that I could not pay. They ruined my credit rating which had been very good up until then. I was so mad that I closed all my accounts with them and even refinanced the car loan I had with them with another lender that had a much higher interest rate. I feel that they should have sent me a proper prior legal notification. I also had a credit card with them that I could not make a payment to because of that and they also charged me late fees on it that they would not take off. We were a two moderate income earner family with 2 children in the home. Now that banks credit card is garnishing my wages. We don't have the money to get a lawyer but I do feel that they did us legally wrong . We can't afford bankruptcy and I don't feel that we should have to. I think I have a case and want to sue them . They devastated my life and still continue to do so. I want to fight it . Don't we have legal rights. Please if anybody can give me some advise on what and how to do it. I would deeply appreciate it.

I used to get e-mails when someone replied to one of my answerers but haven't got any in a long time

It will load and play all of our PS 2 Games but will not at all even read the PS 3 games. We don`t really know much about the system so can anyone please tell us if there is just some simple setting we are overlooking. Should we restore the system to factory default. Any help is very appreciated.

I have a 1998 Chevy Cavalier. 2.2L Engine and a 4 speed automatic transmission. For some reason I can not get the seal to stop leaking after I reinstall the pan. I did just like the instruction said and didn't use any silicone gasket sealant.Can someone tell me what else I could do to get it to stop leaking so much?

What can you do to keep the fleas off of the Puppy.I already know that you can give them a bath with either Dawn or Ivory Dishsoap but is there a safe way to slow down the fleas untill i can get some Frontline for him.
