I went to the Levis store in my country to try on a pair of 511. Size waist 29 fit on my perfect with a tiny bit extra room to move about. Levis are about 3x the price in my country so I took the exact model and purchased it off eBay from a reputable seller. The jeans arrived today and I can hardly close the button. How is this possible??

I live in a country where Google does not yet ship to. However, I am flying to the states on business for 3 days and I would like to purchase the Nexus 5 from the google play store and ship to my hotel.

The problem is, that as soon as I attempt to enter the Google store to see the nexus it kicks me out and shows the message: "Sorry! Devices on Google Play is not available in your country yet."

I have tried entering the site from a proxy, but that doesn't work. I would like to order it before I arrive at the US. How can I do so?

I am looking to replace my car's front speakers for something a little more decent than the OEM speakers. I am looking at the MTX TR654 speakers, whilst my car cd player has a 4x50W output. The MTX speakers have a Max Power of 240W and an RMS of 60W. How do I know if I need to purchase an amp for these speakers or not? If I do not purchase an amp, would I be wasting my money on such speakers?

In general, when does one need to purchase an amplifier?

In congenital internal hydrocephalus, the head of an infant can be severely enlarged. After the hydrocephalus is treated with a shunt, can the enlargement of the head be reversed, either surgically or otherwise?

I know how to give my dog (a pekingese) a good haircut but recently my old clippers (which were made for humans) broke and I am looking for a good clipper to buy for home use - this means on a per month basis. I am not looking to spend too much but I also do not want something that will break after 1 - 2 cuts...again, this is for home use

I purchased an item from a seller (not via eBay) who did not send me the product. Because of the Claim I opened he says his account is locked with no money to refund me. He has offered to send me the money through a different PayPal account and in return I cancel the dispute.

1) Is that PayPal legal?

2) Can he not simply open a claim against me and reverse the payment from the other account as soon as I cancel the dispute?

I have a bachelor's degree (BSc) in Applied Mathematics. I soon realized that this field was of no interest to me and so I started a Masters degree (MSc) in Finance and Accounting.

I have no prior experience in either field, work-wise, and I am starting to fear the idea of not being able to find a job in the field of Finance and Accounting.

I have no problem with settling a low paying job initially in order to gain experience. My question is, can I find a job in this field, if yes, how difficult will it be and how hard will it be to go up in the ranks. (My marks are high in comparison to the mean)

Theoretically, if I sell via some drop shipping company (a company that sends the products for you to the buyer, Technically you act as a middle-man) on eBay and I am not aware that the product is counterfeit, can I get sued by the company? I have no contact with the product itself, as in, the product does not come into my hands. They are shipped directly to the customer by the supplier.

I have started selling many items on eBay and there are too many transactions to calculate everything. A few people have paid me with eChecks - my question is: does PayPal calculate the eChecks value in the Total Balance before it is cleared or only after?

I have an eBay account that is a few years old. I have no negative feedback, etc. This month I have finally obtained all the criteria to get Powerseller Bronze status (as it says under the Account tab >> Powerseller Level).

I have a Personal account with PayPal and I sometimes sell items on eBay. PayPal charges me a commission on the money received even though my account is not Business or Premier. I thought Personal accounts did not have to pay commission.

Should I simply switch my account to Premier?

I know that DHGate is nowhere near as reputable as eBay. However, my question is, if I were to purchase a product on DHGate, regardless if it is fake or not, and it does not arrive, what are the odds of me getting my money back if I paid with PayPal?

Also, are there ways of protecting myself on DHGate?

I was attempting to sell something the other day with someone online and he tried to send me the payment via PayPal under "Gift". I have a personal account. For some reason he received the following response:

"We're sorry. We're not able to complete personal payments to account holders in Israel at this time."

In order to make it work he had to send the payment under "Goods". This has never happened to me before, why did PayPal do this?

In a hypothetical situation: you get in touch with someone online who says they will send you a product in the post for $X. You send them the money through PayPal and you never get the item. Can you perform a charge back on the money you have sent?

I have sold the same item a few times now by clicking the "relist" item button. On many people's posts they have in the "Other item info" tab on the left a "History: X Sold". How do I get that on my posts?

I was approached by what seems to be a drop shipper that sells a certain product. They informed me that if I would auction their product on EBay I would earn a certain amount on every sale.

Process: I post on EBay --> Send them the address -->> Send them the money via Paypal, minus my cut -->> They ship Item to buyer.

In this scenario could I end up selling a bunch of items and them not shipping over any of the items while keeping all the money I sent them via Paypal? Or would I be able to reverse this via Paypal?
