When a clinically sane person is convicted & sentenced to a long term of imprisonment, for what used to be known as Capital Crimes:

I believe that, if they have 2 appeals rejected: They should be offered the opportunity to voluntarily end their lives !

Today the 17/09/2008, the Home Office in the High Court overturned an appeal by 2,000 ex Gurkha's who left the Regiment prior to 1997, to have right to enter the U.K. with the intention of settling here in the Country whom they have loyally & bravely served. Even those Gurkha's who have retired from the Regiment after 1997 & settled here in the U.K. if they are absent from these shores for a period of 2 years;

will not necessarily be entitled to return to this country.

During this High Court Case the presiding Judge "Mr Justice Blake" asked the Home Office Barrister "Steven Kovats':- "Would an would an Ex Gurkha who had been awarded the U.K's Highest award for bravery "THE VICTORIA CROSS" be allowed to settle with the U.K. ??

"Steven Kovats" replied that the holder of a V.C. would not necessarily be entitled to settle in the U.K. !

My Grandaughter attends a small to medium sized secondary School with 40 full time teaching staff. At a recent Fund raising event at which the Teaching staff were in attendance with their spouses & partners. It transpired 3 of the Male teachers had male-live-in partners & no less than 7 female teachers had female partners.

All of these Teachers were seen dancing with their partners, whilst 4 of them were openly cuddling & kissing their partners.

Addmittedly no pupils attended this fundraiser; However my granddaughter says the whole school is aware of 'Gay/ Lesbian relationships within the school' and wishes to leave the school as to use her words "Some of the female teachers make her skin crawl when they are close to her in class".

As the Middle East Peace Envoy, Surely it is they and not the U.K. TAXPAYER who should pay for his & his family's protection.

This would free up funds and protection squad officers enabling a little more expenditure to be spent on Anti-Terroism measures that have in some cases been the result of Blair's intransigence and his un-economical version of being truthful; which has made him one of the most villified persons ever to hold the office of 'Prime Minister & First Lord of the Admiralty' Who do you think should pay them or us?

According to the Labour Party 'Chief Whip' all Labour M.P.'s are expected to donate £80.00 each in order to provide :- 'Tony Bliar' & 'I-ate-all-the-Pies Prescott' with a commemorative gift upon their leaving their current political positions at the end of June 2007.

As their Expense Claims are not subject to public scrutiny; do you think it is very likely or very unlikely that some of these M.P.'s will attempt to claim back this money by falsifying their Expense Claims; ??

Do you agree that the money being wasted on this promotional tour to secure 'Paid Speaking Engagements' would have been better spent in helping to provide better re-habillitation facillities for the family's of Service Men & Women who have been Killed: Or for those who return to the U.K. having been maimed or wounded as a result of his decision against all advice to enter into an illegal war within Iraq !

As the media seems to always be depicting those of the female persuasion as now having changed their personna considerably over recent years: i.e.:-

{a} More likely to be seen smoking:

{b} More often depicted being Drunk & Disorderly

{c} More frequent users of Foul Language

{d} Becoming increasingly aggresive Road users

{e} Often televised Brawling or exposing themselves

etc. etc. etc.!
