I am employed but I got a job offer from other company last November 1, 2010. However, I will not start until January 2010 due to some requirements need to accomplish. I am a graduate student and some people in my class know about it already. I still have 6 weeks before my new job and my plan was to give my two weeks notice to my employer by end of November. Now, I feel bad that my classmates know about it before my manager. Should I give my notice at anytime, anyway?

I have cold feet most of the time. It usually get worse when I am sitting down for long period of time in an air conditioned room. My body is not that cold, just my feet. I even wear very thick socks and shoes and cover with heated blanket but they are still cold. It can cause my throat to get sore. Why is it like that?

I have long black hair in nature. I want to color it something lighter (not too light). Something like burgundy or something just for a change. Now, how do I do it my own? Do I need to put bleach before I can put the burgundy color? I don't really like bleach on my hair because it can ruin it.

By the way, I am trying to save some money rather than paying 50 bucks to the salon.

I know that there are instructions on the box/label on how to do it but I know some girls out there have their own techniques. Would you share it to me? Thanks

I have this coworker that calls me flausy/flaussy/flossy/flawsy....... I'm not really sure of the spelling because I could not find them in the dictionary. Do you have any idea or have you heard of anyone calling someone that word? Is the meaning bad or good?

My male coworker started flirting with me. I flirt back, and I think we are into a mutual relationship now. We exchange sexy emails and things like that. I notice that when I treat him very good, he is kind of move away but when I ignore him, he starts chasing me and even act more needy. Sometimes I pretend that I am upset with him or something and he would go crazy chasing me wherever I go. The more he chase me, the more I hide LOL. I think I am liking what I do.

I need help on what hairstyle I should have to make me more mature. I am 37 years old and many people think I am in my early 20s. I fear this could be the reason why I could not get management positions. I got several job interviews but no one offered me the job. I know I have the qualifications they need.

My hair is black and straight and it is little below my breast. It is some style of Demi Moore's hair. I don't look like Demi Moore but only my hair bec. it is black and long and have that simple one length style and I am an Asian.

I'm just wondering why everytime my feet get cold, my throat starts hurting. I've always have problems with cold feet especially during winter time. Everytime I have a job interview, the interviewer asks me if I have any questions. The first question I always ask is "Why is this position open?" Their answers are uniform, like this "She or he decided to just stay home with his/her family." The job seekers always careful to not lie to them or anything. But, is there posibility that they lie to the job seekers?
