Today legislation has come into force. Apparently some 31 sales practices are now illegal. Can anyone tell me what they are please?

What sentance would you hand down for a minor crime such as shoplifting, vandelism etc

What sentance would you hand down for a crime such as GBH, assault or burglary?

and finally what sentance would you hand down for murder?

The distribution company is regularly replacing telegraph poles at the moment.

We are due to build a canopy at the back of the house using 4 10ft sections of telegraph pole as uprights.

What other uses have you seen these put to or could think of - not firewood?

I'm now in my 40s and have been reading up on dispraxia as I know someone who has a child with this condition.

I have NEVER been any good at sports requiring co ordination, that's tennis, badminton etc

My hand writing is crap

I have a real problem with picking up non verbal signals from other people, less now that in my earlier life.

I sometimes find it difficult to communicate verbally in an interview or presentation situation. I regularly get accused of waffling, despite my best efforts not to.

Sometimes, for no apparent reason, I simply forget what I'm talking about. That trait has always been with me.

What are your best and worst experiences of Freecycle?

I have had some great things from them and have been very pleased with people who have come to remove stuff.

The best experience is with someone who gave me 9 reclaimed doors.

Two worst experiences with the same member. First time they promised me an item then told me upon replying to arrange collection that it had gone to someone else. I gave her the benefit of the doubt when she offered something else and I replied. She only did exactly the same again!

The third time I saw her offering stuff I wanted I just ignored her.
