In an attempt at a container garden, I decided to try to grow a zucchini bush. I purchased a 16 inch round planter and thought that there was no way all the seeds would take. So, I foolishly put all 24 seeds in the pot. To my amazement, five days later, there are at least 6 sprouts emerging (and most likely, more on the way). Would they die once they run out of room? Should I toss some of the sprouts and just leave one?

My boyfriend's birthday is coming up and he loves first-person shooter games. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about that stuff. Here are my guidelines:

3) Really popular

4) For the PC

I don't mean the "N" used with amides or amines, but the lower case "n". Like as in n-butanal.

I'm going on vacation and I have a bunch of typical OTC meds that I want to bring with me. However, many of them come in those annoying blister packs. I'd rather just punch them out and store them in a bottle all together, but I'm worried whether the blister packs are necessary to conserve shelf-life or if they are only for supposed convenience or whatnot. Does it matter?

I just cooked some chicken quarters and I have always known uncooked chicken to be pink. But when I cut it open, there was a deep deep red color off the bone that I would normally associate with red meat. Can raw chicken turn red from pink?

I'm looking for a good cookie recipe and a few reviewers of a particular recipe commented that they added extra flour to the recipe. What exactly does that do to the cookies? Is there a reason?

I want to hook up my laptop to my television in order to watch movies via my laptop as a dvd player. Unfortunately, my tv is rather old and has no other inputs other than the traditional audio and video ones. I have my verizon cable box attached to it and see there is an S-video inputs among others. I tried hooking up the S-video to the cable box from my laptop but didn't know how to apply it or if it even worked like that. Is it possible to use my cable box as an input to the TV from my laptop as a display?
